Car Fire Blackpool Causes Explosion

An investigation is currently open into what caused a car fire in Blackpool, Marton. Source: Blackpool Gazette Someone called fire Engines from the Blackpool branch to Preston New Road, Marton, at around 11:27 am on Saturday (05/09/2021) Firefighters were quick to use their breathing apparatus and a single hose reel to extinguish the flames. Lancashire Fire and Rescue have reported that no injuries took place. There is now an open investigation to establish the root cause of the fire.
